Prior to her journey in pharmaceuticals, Nivriti spent over a decade in the logistics and distribution sector, particularly in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This experience honed her ability to manage intricate supply chains and distribution networks, making her highly process-oriented. Her exceptional skill in identifying and resolving process gaps, coupled with her talent for implementing robust systems, has been instrumental in streamlining operations and driving organizational efficiency.

Sourav has also developed a deep expertise in pharmaceutical warehousing, having worked as a Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) agent for over a decade. This experience has given him an intricate understanding of quality assurance, logistics, and the meticulous processes required to maintain the integrity of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain.
A focused and vision-oriented leader, Sourav has successfully managed teams of over 200 employees, adeptly resolving labor and operational challenges to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
